Tesla Cybertruck undergoes suspension testing at Fremont factory ahead of production launch

The suspension of the Tesla Cybertruck was tested on a track at the company’s assembly plant in Fremont, California, as seen in a recently uploaded YouTube drone footage.

During a six-minute video presentation, the Cybertruck exhibited its performance on a test course that featured various textures and bumps designed to simulate real-world scenarios. The purpose of the demonstration was to assess the truck’s capability to navigate through such obstacles. This advancement indicates that the launch of the Cybertruck, which was first introduced in 2019, is drawing closer for Tesla.

Over the years following the unveiling of the Cybertruck, Elon Musk has released information on the vehicle bit by bit. One of his claims was that the truck could double as a boat for a limited period, and he also mentioned the possibility of rear-wheel steering. Despite the numerous delays, Musk informed investors in February that the Cybertruck would begin production this year.
