725-hp Mustang RTR is out for Hellcat blood

The 2015 Ford Mustang sits pretty in stock, but if you want to upgrade, customization house RTR offers some intriguing options.

The 2015 Mustang RTR is scheduled to arrive in January to select Ford dealerships worldwide in Spec 1 package – with exterior modifications – and the Spec 2 package that also packs on performance upgrades. The RTR version of the 2015 Mustang gets 725 hp from a 2.3-liter V-6 EcoBoost and features a 5.0 drivetrain.

The appearance upgrades included in Spec 1 and Spec 2 packages include RTR chin spoiler, rear spoiler, rear diffuser with side splitters and unique upper grill with integrated lighting. The Spec 2 package adds in lowering springs, RTR exclusive exhaust system by Magnaflow and a cold air intake system.

“If the slightly modified performance of the our Spec 1 is not enough, customers that demand more are sure to get their kicks with the up to 725 horsepower and optional fully-adjustable suspension that allows the driver to easily adjust the balance of the chassis to their liking,” said RTR’s Vaughn Gittin Jr.

Three new styles of RTR wheels and a new line of appearance and performance parts are available for perusal by Mustang enthusiasts exclusively at AmericanMuscle.com.
