The Audi prologue allroad concept combines fuel efficiency, power, and all-terrain functionality. This five-door behemoth packs a turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 engine with an integrated electric motor for added efficiency. The patented quattro all-wheel drive technology brings the prologue allroad together while allowing it to tackle any terrain thrown it’s way. Picking up a 0-62 mph time of 3.5 seconds the car is surprisingly capable of achieving up to 117 mpg.

On the aesthetics side of the prologue allroad, the terrain-stomping vehicle houses a 22-inch wheelbase and five-arm design with aluminum accents from the front to rear. The interior of the vehicle provides a luxurious and durable ride for everyday or off-road use through its graceful lines and expansive geometric build that can surely turn a few heads.

There’s truly not much more you could want from a vehicle that has impeccable gas mileage, a turbocharged V-8 engine, and handles off-road terrain with ease. The hybrid aspect of the prologue allroad is a huge asset towards being a driver’s car, using a rear-mounted lithium-ion battery that can run 33 miles on one charge. This isn’t all the luxury European car crafters had to offer on the hybrid side, they also added in AWC (Audi Wireless Charging) technology.

AWC is being developed for a series of Audi’s automobiles and will allow hybrid models to charge wirelessly or inductively. For the more adventurous drivers, the prologue allroad is 77 mm higher up than the Audi prologue Avant but also offers substantially lighter wheels and axles. The carbon fiber 20-inch brake disks are both lightweight and durable but paired with adaptive suspension support there aren’t many terrains the vehicle would have trouble maneuvering.

The Audi prologue allroad concept has an elegant and functional build inside and out from it’s technologically advanced interior to it’s tastefully accented exterior. The cabin of the vehicle merges groundbreaking OLED displays with a comfortable design. The instrument panel uses three screens that can be configured to a widescreen display which can be swiped back and forth from the driver to the passenger and vise versa.

While the front of the cabin features a cockpit-style display the back passengers can access “Audi Tablets” which are mounted on the back of the front seats which feature OLED screens that are slightly curved. If you weren’t already impressed with this futuristic jump in technology the car also features intelligent software called “butler”. The system provides user preferences for seat adjustments and climate based on their smartphones, it also suggests music and plans routes accordingly based on frequent trips.
