Opel teases Monza Concept again

Opel has released a new photo teasing the sleek front of the Monza concept that it will debut next month at the Frankfurt Auto Show. The design language is indicative of Opel’s new direction, which is described as “Sculptural Artistry meeets German precision.” GM’s European subsidiary states in a release that the “body contours now convey a new sense of lithe athleticism rather than pure muscle power.” What’s under the hood of the Monza is still anyone’s guess, so we’ll have to wait until the Frankfurt Auto Show opens on Sept. 12. Fuel economy and connectivity are priorities for Opel as it looks to build next-generation cars to effectively compete in the market.
